Component milling
Milled parts made to measure, from the compact component to the long structural beam: the job is set up from your file, not from our interpretation of the drawing.
Complex geometry, datums that hold
Angled faces, curved profiles, lightening pockets and seating surfaces to be held in tolerance on the same part: these are the jobs where the choice of datums and the order of operations decide whether a part fits or has to be reworked.
The toolpath is built in CAD/CAM from your model, so the machined geometry is the designed one, not an approximation of it.
Checked before it leaves
Every part is verified on its functional dimensions before shipping. If something is out, we find it here in the workshop — which is the right moment, because it costs a rework instead of a stopped line.
