CNC turning and milling
We work to your drawing: from the 2D or 3D file we derive the process, set up the machine and deliver the finished, inspected part. No middlemen, nothing bouncing between suppliers.
From file to part
The drawing comes from you. We take care of the machining sequence, the CAD/CAM programming, the setup and the dimensional check before delivery.
On complex parts, turning and milling follow one another on the same piece: the re-clamping steps are planned together, so datums stay consistent and critical dimensions do not accumulate error step after step.
One-offs and small batches
There is no minimum order: a prototype, an urgent spare and a recurring small batch all get the same attention.
This is work where responsiveness and reading the drawing matter more than volume. If a dimension is unclear, or a tolerance is unrealistic for the process, we say so before starting rather than after delivery.
