Fixture and assembly building
From your fixture drawing we build the whole thing: base frame, plates, locators, pneumatic clamping units and final assembly, ready to go on the line.
All under one roof
Welded base frames, machined plates, engineering-plastic locators and brackets come off the same machines we use for subcontract parts. There is no intermediate supplier between the machining and the fixture assembly.
That is why a change during commissioning can be closed the same day: the part to rework sits a few metres from the machine that made it.
Assembled and checked
The fixture is assembled complete, with pneumatic units and clamps fitted and connected, and verified before it ships.
What you receive is a working assembly, not a crate of parts to put together on site.
